MUSICA! presents… The Summer Strings Academy for Violin, Viola, ‘Cello and String Bass. Classes will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, June 9-27. Level I will meet at 12:30-1:30 pm and Level II will meet at 2:30-4:30 pm.
These classes will meet at the Esplanade Arts Center, 2181 West Esplanade Avenue, San Jacinto. To sign up, please find the application form at http://www.makingmusica.org. The cost of this programs is: Level I $80-110 (total 12 hours) and Level II $150-210 (total 24 hours) for the 3 weeks.

Summer Strings Academy an extension of summer strings begun in 1998. This program offers one to two hours of daily instruction for students of any age from beginners to advanced players for three weeks in June four days a week. The program includes beginning instruction as well as intermediate and advanced level classes in technique, large ensemble and sectionals and chamber music. Registration fees are on a sliding scale and there are scholarships available.
